'Hot off the press' a piece made in August 2019 for the Embroiderers' Guild 'Home' exhibition. This will be first shown at the 'Knitting and Stitching Show' Alexandra Palace, London, in October.

Having lived in the Forest of Dean for nearly 20 years the place has gradually seeped into my soul and I feel the importance of the local environment more than I could ever have anticipated.

This view from my house is very special to me and inspires me in much of my work. The garden is huge and constantly requires more attention than I can give it. The impact of each season both in the local, wonderful landscape and the garde...

After a wonderful week at Nature-in-Art, Walworth Hall, Twigworth, Gloucester, as artist in residence Sara will be showing her work next as part of the Forest of Dean, farOpen Studios 6th - 14th July, from 12noon - 6.00pm each day.  Sara shares a space with painter Lisa Miles and can be found just off the A48 in Alvington, at Studio 30.
